Basically, the Vaped Flora is a single temperature dry herb vaporizer pen, similar to the Atmos Boss, Puffly F1 and the V2 Series 3 vaporizer.
What differs the Flora from these other models is the glass mouthpiece, at first. You know, I’m generally not a big fan of plastic mouthpieces, especially when they are very close to the oven. Since I’ve heared that the pinnacle pro mouthpiece can actually melt while using it, I just don’t feel comfortable using a vaporizer that may suffer the same fate. Well, the Vaped Flora is definitely non of these, that’s for sure. Nowhere around the oven you will find any plastic parts! Oh and please don’t worry that you might break the glass mouthpiece while on the go and hurt yourself badly. Of course, you can hide the glass mouthpiece inside the oven, entirely. Just push it all the way down after you’ve used it. This way the risk of accidently breaking the mouthpiece gets reduced to a minimum.
Another big advantage of the glass mouthpiece is that the taste of the vapor is more pure and clean. While the Flora does perform very similar to my atmos boss and my puffly f1 in terms of vapor production, the vapor does taste a little better indeed.
When it’s about taste, the Flora vaporizer is actually more like the classic version of the Flowermate V5.0 than the other units, I have compared it to, so far.
However, there is no information about the exact temperature, so there might be differences in performance, as it’s the case with the V2 Series 3, Atmos Boss and the Puffly F1, too. I expect mine to run at about 190°C like my Atmos Boss and Puffly F1, though. My V2 Series 3 is definitely getting hotter, that’s for sure.
Another difference is that the Vaped Flora is a little wider than it’s competitors but also a little shorter. Nevertheless, the battery life seems to be better, as well and still it looks like a real ecig to outsiders, so stealthiness is not a problem, too.
Also the Flora is one of the easiest vaporizer on the market. Just hit the button 5 times and the Flora will start to heat automatically. Within 30 seconds the LED will turn green and you’re ready to vape. That’s all you need to know. No wonder the manual is only five sentences long.
Overall, the vaped flora is my favorite pen stye herb vaporizer so far. With 119$ it is a bit more expensive than the V2 Series 3 and the Puffly F1, but also a lot cheaper than the Atmos Boss.
